Logo and Visual Identity
The Village Square is a community of creatives and tech enthusiasts (web developers, business developers, digital marketers, product managers, etc) who get together monthly to foster networking and initiate innovative partnerships. TVS needed a fun and friendly brand identity that adequately reflected their mission.



Human.
Fluid.
The icon adopts the nodes of a network system and adds a fluid element to it to represent the nature of human relationships and connections.
Human connections are more fluid and subject to change, making room for pulling away and drawing in. The icon also subtly follows the shape of the letter ‘V’ - for Village.

We avoided sharp edges on the icon to maintain the idea of fluidity in the merging of ideas amongst members of the community.


The three aims of The Village Square are friendship, collaboration and community.
The logo and brand promote ideas of congregation, connectivity and innovation.
